This project was a bypass road up into a slope above the existing road. This project included:

1. A wing wall into the upper road.

2. A combination coping cap on top of a reinforced earth retaining wall with an “F” shaped barrier built monolithically onto the coping cap.

The wing wall was poured by hand, and the reinforcing cage was attached to the wing wall reinforcement. A slipform platform was attached to the reinforced earth retaining wall to provide a base to slipform. The monolithic coping cap and “F” shaped barrier were then slipformed monolithically. This structure was approximately 600 meters long.
